The Proteus ASPHALT DUVET is a radical step forward in thermal insulation which will contribute to quality and productivity onmany construction jobs. The unique woven polyester outer foil is metalised and polymer coated - it resists sticky bitumen.

One of the Proteus ASPHALT DUVETS is specially made for keeping truckloads of asphalt and bitmac hot. The DUVET can be laid directly on top of the load - it will tolerate temperatures up to 240 degrees Celsius. It will help to protect the surface from the chilling effect of wind and weather as it travels to the paving job. It is also ideal for protecting storage bays and site stockpiles.

Our DUVETS are light - a 4.6 x 3.0 metre weighs just 7.3kg, which is a major plus. The guys using the DUVET not only get the benefit of hotter material at the rake, but they also have a lighter sheet.
